  • Q. How do I download my recording?
  • A. After paying for your track, you will be returned to the download page. Right click on the download link and choose ‘Save Link As’ to download it to your computer. You will also receive a link to this page at the email address you gave when paying.
  • Q. Can I download the accompaniment track more than once?
  • A. Yes, you can use the link in the email to return to the download page at any time. This is especially useful if, for some reason, your original copy has been lost, corrupted or accidentally deleted.

  • A. Please check the Spam settings on your email account in case it has not been sent through to your inbox. Still having problems? Then Contact Us.
  • Q. What do I do with the track once I receive it?
  • A. The tracks are sent as MP3’s and can then be added to an Ipod ( or any other MP3 player ), burnt on to a CD using your computer, or played directly from your phone, computer or tablet. CD burning software and MP3 players vary and you should consult the manual for information on how this should be done.
  • Q. I’m a music teacher, can I make copies of the recordings for my students?
  • A. The tracks are for personal use, and whilst you are free to use them in lessons you are not allowed to make copies for others. If pupils wish to have copies to practise with at home, they must purchase them separately. However, we are happy to provide discount codes to teacher. Please Contact Us for more information.
  • Q. I don’t see any pieces for my instrument, where can I get recordings for these?
  • A. We are always building up our library, so if you want the accompaniment for a particular piece or instrument then Contact Us and we will prioritise this work and get it to you as soon as possible. Often within a week or less.
  • Q. Can I get a CD sent through the post?
  • A. We normally simply email our recordings, however if this is not practical for you then please contact us with your requirements and we will try to help.
  • Q. I accidentally deleted the recording, can I get another?
  • A. Of course. In the email you were sent when you paid, you will find a link to the download page for your backing track. You may return to this page whenever you like to download the piano accompaniment. If you no longer have this email, simply contact us and we will send the link to you again. But first check the recycle bin on your computer, the track may still be there.
  • Q. Do you have an affiliate scheme that I could join?
  • A. Not at the ,but if you are interested in joining one we would be happy to discuss it with you. Please Contact Us.
  • Q. Will the piano accompaniment be the same arrangement as my grade exam?
  • A. Yes, we use the official books for the various exam boards that we cover. You can even see the exact book that the accompaniment came from on the details page for the piece.
  • Q. I need a different version or arrangement from the one you have available.
  • A. That’s not a problem. Contact Us and we’ll be happy to oblige. We can get the backing track created more quickly if you are able to provide the sheet music.
  • Q. Do you only provide piano accompaniment tracks for grade exams?
  • A. No, we can provide music minus one/backing tracks for almost any piece. We already include jazz and repertoire pieces but are happy to create piano accompaniments to order. Just Contact Us.
  • Q. Are your accompaniment tracks horrible sounding computer generated MIDI tracks or played by a real pianist?
  • A. All of our classical backing tracks are performed by a professional and experienced piano accompanist, to give you a real music sound and feel.
