Q.How do I download my recording?
A.Simply click on the buy button and fill in the information and we will e-mail your track to you at the address provided.
Q.How quickly will I get my track?
A.At present the process isn't automated and depending on the track you have chosen it may need to be recorded specially. We aim to provide tracks by the end of the next day but ideally sooner. We will contact you to inform you when to expect it.
Q.I've purchased a track but not received an e-mail.
A.Please check the Spam settings on your e.mail account in case it has not been sent through to your inbox. Still having problems? then contact us.
Q.What do I do with the track once I receive it?
A.The tracks are sent as MP3's and can then be added on to an Ipod or any other MP3 player or can be burnt on to a CD using your computer. CD burning software and MP3 players vary and you should consult the manual for information on how this should be done.
Q.I'm a music teacher can I make copies of the recordings for my students?
A.The tracks are for personal use and whilst you are free to use them in lessons you are not allowed to make copies for others. If pupils wish to have copies to practise with at home they must purchase them seperately, but why not join our affiliate scheme to receive preferential treatment.
Q.I don't see any Trumpet pieces, where can I get recordings for these?
A.We are always building up our library so if you want the accompaniment for a particular piece then contact us and we will prioritise this work and usually will be able to get it to you within a week.
Q.Can I get a CD sent through the post?
A.We normally simply email our recordings however if this is not practical for you then please contact us with your requirements and we will try to help.
Q.I accidentally deleted the recording, can I get another?
A.Of course, simply contact us and we will send you another e-mail. But first check the recycle bin on your computer the track may still be there.
